Q - What happens to my personal and payment details when I enter them within the portal?
A - All personal, credit card and bank account details are securely transferred to FFA Paysmart through their secure WebExpress Network which is as safe and secure as current technology allows, making use of the latest encryption and firewall technologies. FFA PaySmart is PCI-DSS Level 1 certified.
Q - I've noted that the Upfront Membership payment options are scheduled for a Weekly Direct Debit in the PowerPlay portal. Does this mean I will be debited the full amount on a weekly basis?
A - No, the upfront options have been pre-set to debit a one-off payment from either your bank account or credit card. Please note that FFA Paysmart charge a set-up fee of $5.50 and a transaction fee of $1.30 in addition to the PowerPlay Upfront Membership Payment.
Q – What is the best Membership package on offer?
A – The 12 Month Upfront Membership deal. (Works out to $13.45 per week - No Joining Fees or Card Fees)
Q – Does the Membership include Small Group Training?
A – No, the Small Group Training Sessions can be purchased individually or in a discounted pack at a subsidised rate. Please see the Small Group Action Page for our applicable schedule of fees and charges http://powerplayhf.com.au/services/small-group-action-training. Bookings are required. The Group Fitness Service will not become available until our second stage of development is completed later in the year (Group Fitness Studio). A second tier of membership will then become available for current members to upgrade to as an option.
Q - When will my payments be debited from my bank account/credit card?
A - DIRECT AND FLEXI DEBIT MEMBERSHIPS
All Direct Debit and Flexi Debit Memberships will be debited either the following or the third day after your submission, or the next working business day if there is a public holiday in the Eastern States. Debits will then be taken on a fortnightly basis from this day. Please note that these memberships are ongoing (not fixed term) and will continue until a Cancellation Form is completed and submitted after the minimum term is completed (if applicable). One calendar months' notice is required for this to take effect.

A - UPFRONT MEMBERSHIPS
All Upfront Membership payments will be taken either the following or the third day after you submit online. The Membership starting date will automatically coincide with the first day of business. A one – off payment applies in all instances.
Q - When will I receive my copy of the Membership Agreement?
A - A Membership Agreement will automatically be sent to your email address as an attachment either the following day or the third day after you submit your request online. Further instructions including how and when to pick up your membership pack will also be sent.
Q – What happens if my online Direct Debit or Upfront Payment rejects?
A – FFA Paysmart will contact you directly and advise of any outstanding arrears. They will also attempt to recoup any owing debits inclusive of a $15 rejection fee. Non – payment and/or continual debit rejection may result in your membership being cancelled and your account being referred for debt collection.
